Sample policy
1) May I get a sample?
Yes!
As we know: no sample, no business! So we offer sample for your test first, then you will agree that the goods
are both excellent in quality and reasonable in Price, place order!
2) What's the sample packing?
Our normal packing for sample is pallet (Laminate flooring box, add 10%), you are no need to worry about the
custom inspection.
3) What about the transportation?
We suggest you adopt the ocean transportation (LCL container).
Because the vacuum tube is glass product, if through air express, the convey may imbrutement, so whether
you have protect action or not, the tube may broken.
4) Is my responsible for the ship freight?
Yes
Please inform us with details of sample you need, and we will figure out the CBM and the freight for you as
soon as possible.
5) It's the sample free for me?
NO!
For the solar water heater is not like the textile or other low value products, so you should pay for it.
6) What is the payment term for sample?
